Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage warm leads to introduce services and move them toward conversion
  • Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales process
  • Assist in data mining and sourcing contact information (phone numbers, leads).
  • Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments or close deals
  • Clearly explain services and handle basic objections professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
  • Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth client handoff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
  • Experience handling warm leads and converting inquiries into customers
  • Experience or knowledge in data mining, lead sourcing, and finding contact numbers
  • Background in the cleaning services industry is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone
  • Experience using CRM tools or call tracking systems
  • Goal-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive)
