Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage warm leads to introduce services and move them toward conversion
- Follow up with interested prospects and nurture leads through the sales process
- Assist in data mining and sourcing contact information (phone numbers, leads).
- Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments or close deals
- Clearly explain services and handle basic objections professionally
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and outcomes in CRM or tracking systems
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales or operations team for smooth client handoff
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales
- Experience handling warm leads and converting inquiries into customers
- Experience or knowledge in data mining, lead sourcing, and finding contact numbers
- Background in the cleaning services industry is highly preferred
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals over the phone
- Experience using CRM tools or call tracking systems
- Goal-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong English communication skills (clear, confident, and persuasive)
