Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates to support current and future hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening to assess qualifications, technical experience, communication skills, and overall fit based on hiring requirements.
- Perform resume reviews and shortlist qualified candidates aligned with client and internal job specifications.
- Execute proactive talent mapping and market research to identify top talent within targeted industries and skill sets.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, Boolean Search, and networking strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while meeting recruitment KPIs, turnaround times, and candidate submission targets.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, sourcing activities, and talent pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Coordinate candidate endorsements, interview scheduling, and recruitment updates with the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers.
- Continuously expand and nurture talent pools for hard-to-fill and recurring technical roles.
- Stay updated on current hiring trends, labor market insights, and emerging technologies to improve sourcing strategies and candidate engagement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, IT Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, Sourcing Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a BPO, RPO, recruitment agency, executive search, or high-volume hiring environment.
- Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for software development, engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, infrastructure, technical support, and other IT-related roles.
- Strong experience handling high-volume sourcing while consistently meeting recruitment targets and submission deadlines.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Indeed, JobStreet, Kalibrr, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical job requirements, IT terminologies, and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent resume screening and candidate profiling skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed recruitment teams is an advantage.
