Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach and lead generation
  • Prospect and engage potential clients, particularly within the cleaning services industry
  • Conduct discovery calls, present services, and close sales deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
  • Follow up consistently with leads and manage the sales pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Experience in the cleaning services industry is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM tools
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and meet sales targets
