Overview

We are looking for multiple Data Analyst at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior Data Analyst (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple business systems.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Develop basic dashboards, KPIs, and data visualizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reporting consistency.
  • Write basic SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements.
  • Maintain reporting documentation and data standards.
  • Support testing, report validation, and analytics initiatives.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.

Intermediate Data Analyst (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPI scorecards, and business metrics.
  • Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and business insights.
  • Perform data validation and resolve reporting inconsistencies.
  • Present findings through reports, dashboards, and data storytelling.
  • Support production reporting and recommend process improvements.
  • Mentor junior Data Analysts and promote analytics best practices.
  • Maintain documentation for reports, KPIs, and data definitions.

Senior Data Analyst (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise data analysis and reporting initiatives across multiple business units.
  • Design and deliver executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
  • Define data models, reporting standards, and governance best practices.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop strategic KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Perform advanced analytics to identify trends, business risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Lead reporting automation, data quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to executives and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor Data Analysts and establish analytics standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI teams, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise analytics solutions.
  • Oversee production reporting, resolve complex data issues, and drive strategic analytics decisions.

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Tableau Certified Data Analyst / Professional
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Google Professional Data Engineer (Preferred)
