Overview

We are looking for multiple Developer (.NET / Java / Enterprise) at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.

Junior Developer (.NET / Java / Enterprise) Level 1

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain enterprise application features
  • Build REST APIs and business logic under supervision
  • Fix bugs, perform unit testing, and troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain technical documentation and development artifacts
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and development teams

Intermediate Developer (.NET / Java / Enterprise) Level 2

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop enterprise applications and backend services
  • Build APIs, integrations, and scalable application components
  • Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
  • Conduct code reviews and support technical planning
  • Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices

 Senior Developer (.NET / Java / Enterprise) Level 3

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise application architecture and development
  • Define technical standards, design patterns, and best practices
  • Drive technical strategy, system integration, and solution delivery
  • Oversee application performance, security, and release readiness
  • Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • REST APIs & Microservices
  • SQL & NoSQL Databases
  • Git, CI/CD & DevOps
  • Docker & Kubernetes
  • SDLC & Agile Development
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS or Azure)

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204)
  • AWS Certified Developer / AWS Solutions Architect
  • Oracle Java Certification
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert
