Overview

We are looking for multiple Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.

Junior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Write basic SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytics requests.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.
  • Maintain BI documentation and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.

Intermediate Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and BI solutions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and business insights.
  • Write advanced SQL queries and support data modeling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and optimize reporting processes.
  • Troubleshoot BI issues and improve reporting performance.
  • Mentor junior BI Analysts.
  • Maintain BI documentation and best practices.

Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise BI and analytics initiatives.
  • Design executive dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Define BI architecture, data models, and reporting standards.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic insights.
  • Drive data governance, reporting automation, and process improvements.
  • Mentor BI Analysts and establish best practices.
  • Present business insights to leadership.
  • Oversee BI solution delivery and analytics strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • SQL and Relational Database Management
  • Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms
  • Data Visualization and Dashboard Development
  • Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing Concepts
  • Microsoft Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query)
  • KPI Development, Business Reporting, and Analytics
  • Data Validation, Cleansing, and Reporting Accuracy
  • Agile, Scrum, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Preferred Certifications

  • Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)
  • Tableau Certified Professional
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Snowflake SnowPro Certification (Preferred)
  • Scrum Foundations or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)
