Overview
We are looking for multiple Business Analyst (BA / BSA) at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior Business Analyst – BA / BSA (Level 1)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.
- Assist in stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops.
- Support UAT, defect tracking, and requirements validation.
- Maintain project documentation and traceability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers.
- Ensure requirements align with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and project meetings.
Intermediate Business Analyst – BA / BSA (Level 2)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and clients.
- Analyze business processes and recommend solution improvements.
- Create functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate backlog refinement and sprint planning.
- Coordinate UAT and validate delivered solutions.
- Manage requirement changes, risks, and dependencies.
- Provide production support and mentor junior Business Analysts.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and project teams.
Senior Business Analyst – BA / BSA (Level 3)
Experience: 6+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise requirements discovery and solution design initiatives.
- Facilitate executive workshops and strategic planning sessions.
- Define business processes, solution scope, and governance standards.
- Drive digital transformation and business process improvements.
- Lead UAT, solution validation, and production readiness activities.
- Mentor Business Analysts and establish BA best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide strategic recommendations.
- Own solution delivery and business analysis outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Product Management
- Requirements Gathering, User Story Writing, and Functional Documentation
- Process Mapping, Workflow Analysis, and Business Process Improvement
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft 365
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Support, and Change Management
- Stakeholder Management, Workshop Facilitation, and Business Communication
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Development, QA, and Project Management teams
Preferred Certifications
- Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) or CCBA
- PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO II) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- Salesforce Administrator (if applicable)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) (preferred for security-focused environments)
