Overview

We are looking for multiple Data / ETL Tester at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.

Junior Data / ETL Tester (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Execute ETL and data validation test cases
  • Perform source-to-target data validation
  • Validate data quality and reconciliation
  • Log and verify defects
  • Collaborate with ETL Developers and QA teams

Intermediate Data / ETL Tester (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute ETL test plans and test cases
  • Perform SQL validation and data reconciliation
  • Test data warehouses and integration workflows
  • Review junior testers’ work and mentor team members
  • Support production deployments and release validation

 Senior Data / ETL Tester (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise ETL and data testing strategy
  • Define data quality standards and testing frameworks
  • Oversee data warehouse and pipeline validation
  • Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor QA teams and engage with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • ETL & Data Warehouse Testing
  • SQL & Database Validation
  • Source-to-Target Data Validation
  • Data Quality & Reconciliation Testing
  • Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, or Azure Data Factory
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or HP ALM
  • SDLC / STLC
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies

Preferred Certifications

  • ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation / Advanced)
  • AWS Certified Data Engineer or Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900)
  • Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
