Overview

We are looking for multiple  Developer (Salesforce / SFDC) at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior Developer – Salesforce / SFDC (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools
  • Configure Salesforce, including custom objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, and security settings
  • Assist with Apex development, SOQL/SOSL queries, and REST/SOAP integrations
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and senior developers

Intermediate Developer – Salesforce / SFDC (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
  • Build scalable Salesforce solutions and enterprise integrations
  • Perform code reviews, production support, and technical documentation
  • Configure automation, security, and platform customizations
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders

Senior Developer – Salesforce / SFDC (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture and enterprise application development
  • Define technical strategy, platform architecture, and development standards
  • Lead enterprise integrations, DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
  • Drive code quality, performance optimization, and security best practices
  • Mentor development teams and engage with clients and executive stakeholders
