Overview
We are looking for multiple Application / Solution Architect at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.
During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.
Junior Application / Solution Architect (Level 1)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Assist in application and solution architecture design
- Support software development, system integration & cloud initiatives
- Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers & business analysts
- Support SDLC, testing & production deployments
Intermediate Application / Solution Architect (Level 2)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Design scalable application and solution architectures
- Lead technical design discussions and system integration
- Develop architecture documentation and Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
- Support cloud migration and application modernization
- Mentor developers and ensure architecture best practices
Senior Application / Solution Architect (Level 3)
Experience: 6+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise application and solution architecture
- Define architecture standards, governance & technology strategy
- Drive cloud adoption, DevOps & application modernization
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making
- Mentor technical teams and engage with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Application & Solution Architecture
- REST APIs & System Integration
- Microservices Architecture
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Software Design Patterns
- SQL & NoSQL Databases
- DevOps, CI/CD & Agile Methodologies
- UML, ArchiMate, Microsoft Visio or Draw.io
Preferred Certifications
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
- TOGAF Foundation / TOGAF Certified
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
