Overview
We are looking for multiple Test Lead at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.
During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.
Junior Test Lead (Level 1)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Execute manual and automated testing
- Create test cases and test documentation
- Track and verify software defects
- Support UAT, regression, and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers, BAs, and QA teams
Intermediate Test Lead (Level 2)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead test planning and execution
- Develop test strategies and automation initiatives
- Manage defect triage and release readiness
- Prepare quality reports and metrics
- Mentor junior QA engineers
Senior Test Lead (Level 3)
Experience: 6+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Define enterprise QA strategy and governance
- Lead automation, CI/CD, and quality engineering
- Oversee release management and risk assessment
- Drive continuous process improvements
- Provide technical leadership and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:
- Software Testing & Quality Assurance
- SDLC & STLC
- Manual & Automation Testing
- Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
- Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or HP ALM
- UAT, Regression & Integration Testing
- API Testing & CI/CD (preferred)
- Agile & Scrum Methodologies
Preferred Certifications
- ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or Advanced)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Developer / Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 / AZ-104 / AZ-305)
- ITIL Foundation
- Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
