Overview

We are looking for multiple Tech Lead (Digital / Legacy) at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior Tech Lead – Digital / Legacy (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain digital and legacy applications
  • Build, test, and debug application features
  • Support system integration and application modernization
  • Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, BAs, and project teams

Intermediate Tech Lead – Digital / Legacy (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development of application modules and features
  • Design scalable software solutions and conduct code reviews
  • Support cloud migration and system integration projects
  • Provide production support and technical guidance
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders

 Senior Tech Lead – Digital / Legacy (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise application design and technical delivery
  • Define architecture, development standards, and best practices
  • Drive cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation
  • Mentor development teams and lead technical decision-making
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on strategic solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Software Development & Application Modernization
  • Java, C#, .NET, Python, JavaScript, or similar
  • REST APIs & System Integration
  • SQL / NoSQL Databases
  • Git & Version Control
  • SDLC & Agile Methodologies
  • Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • CI/CD Pipelines & DevOps (preferred)

Preferred Certifications

  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Developer / Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) / Administrator (AZ-104) / Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • TOGAF Certified
  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
