Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action while ensuring brand consistency and high deliverability.
  • Build, segment, and manage email lists to target the right audiences with personalized campaigns.
  • Create automated email workflows, drip campaigns, lead nurturing sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to produce visually engaging email templates and marketing assets.
  • Ensure email campaigns comply with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Stay updated with email marketing trends, automation tools, and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working for an Advertising Agency or Advertising Company is required.
  • Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, CRM Marketing Specialist, or similar role.
  • Strong experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns, automated workflows, lead nurturing sequences, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo, Campaign Monitor, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, email deliverability, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance using KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and ROI.
  • Excellent written English communication and copywriting skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Portfolio Requirements (Required)

  • Sample email campaigns they personally created and managed.
  • Case studies outlining campaign objectives, strategies, and execution.
  • Campaign performance metrics such as:
