Overview

We are looking for multiple Software Asset Management (SAM) Analysts at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.

Junior Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain software license inventories
  • Track software usage and compliance
  • Support software audits and reporting
  • Manage asset records and documentation
  • Assist with software requests and license assignments

Intermediate Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Manage software licenses and asset lifecycle
  • Conduct compliance assessments and audits
  • Optimize software licensing and costs
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor junior SAM Analysts

 Senior Software Asset Management (SAM) Analyst (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise SAM strategy and governance
  • Oversee software licensing and vendor management
  • Drive license optimization and audit readiness
  • Develop SAM policies and best practices
  • Mentor teams and provide strategic recommendations

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Software Licensing & Compliance
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM)
  • Contract & Vendor Management
  • ServiceNow SAM, Flexera, or similar SAM tools
  • ITSM Fundamentals
  • Power BI (preferred)

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Software Asset Manager (CSAM)
  • Certified IT Asset Manager (CITAM)
  • ITIL Foundation v4
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
  • Scrum Foundations
