Tasks Required:

  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, platform features, and best practices.
  • Content Creation & Management
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, etc.).
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
  • Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across platforms.
  • Community Engagement
  • Monitor social channels, respond to comments/messages, and foster community conversations.
  • Manage social listening to identify opportunities, feedback, and emerging topics.
  • Build relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, growth, CTR, and conversions.
  • Produce monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize content based on performance data.
  • Collaboration & Campaigns
  • Work with marketing, product, and sales teams on integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinate paid social ads with the digital marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency.
  • Strong understanding of platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Skilled in content creation (copywriting, video editing, basic design).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
