Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain financial records using QuickBooks.
- Handle bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and financial data management.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial information.
- Generate financial reports and assist with accounting-related tasks.
- Organize and maintain accounting documentation.
- Collaborate with the client to support ongoing accounting and operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience using QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop).
- Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting support.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
- Must be comfortable working via remote access on the client’s computer.
- Strong understanding of data confidentiality and security practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be available during EST business hours.
