Overview
We are looking for multiple Program Manager at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.
During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.
Junior Program Manager (Level 1)
Experience: 0–2 Years
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities across assigned programs
- Track milestones, schedules, and program deliverables
- Prepare PMO reports, documentation, and meeting updates
- Monitor risks, issues, and project dependencies
- Support stakeholder communication and program governance
Intermediate Program Manager (Level 2)
Experience: 3–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects and program workstreams
- Drive roadmap planning, resource allocation, and delivery
- Lead stakeholder meetings and governance reviews
- Manage risks, budgets, dependencies, and program performance
- Mentor junior Project Managers and Coordinators
Senior Program Manager (Level 3)
Experience: 6+ Years
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise programs and strategic initiatives
- Define program strategy, governance, and portfolio delivery
- Manage executive stakeholders, budgets, and organizational change
- Drive Agile transformation and PMO best practices
- Mentor delivery leaders and oversee program success

- Stakeholder & Executive Communication
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II/III) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Solutions Architect
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management)
