Overview

We are looking for multiple Developer (RPA) at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

During the hiring process, applicants will be assessed and considered for the level that best matches their skills and experience.

Junior Developer- RPA (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain RPA bots
  • Build workflow automations and perform unit testing
  • Troubleshoot bot issues and support production
  • Maintain technical documentation
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders

Intermediate Developer- RPA (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions
  • Integrate automation with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
  • Optimize bot performance and resolve production issues
  • Conduct code reviews and improve automation processes
  • Mentor junior RPA developers

 Senior Developer- RPA (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise RPA and intelligent automation initiatives
  • Define automation architecture, standards, and governance
  • Drive technical strategy and solution design
  • Lead complex integrations, monitoring, and optimization
  • Mentor development teams and oversee automation delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
  • Workflow Automation & Orchestration
  • REST APIs & System Integration
  • SQL & Database Management
  • Git, CI/CD & Version Control
  • PowerShell, Python, or VB.NET (preferred)
  • SDLC & Agile Development
  • AI/OCR Integration (preferred)

Preferred Certifications

  • UiPath Certified Professional
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Professional
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner / AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect
  • Scrum Developer or Scrum Foundations
