Overview

We are looking for multiple Manual / Functional Tester at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior Manual / Functional Tester (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual test cases
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
  • Log, track, and validate software defects
  • Prepare test documentation and execution reports
  • Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and project teams

Intermediate Manual / Functional Tester (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Lead defect management and release validation
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
  • Review junior testers’ work and provide guidance
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure software quality

 Senior Manual / Functional Tester (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead QA strategy and enterprise testing initiatives
  • Define testing standards, methodologies, and best practices
  • Oversee release readiness, defect management, and quality governance
  • Mentor QA teams and drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Manual & Functional Testing
  • Regression, Integration, System & UAT Testing
  • Test Planning, Test Case Design & Execution
  • Defect Management & Bug Tracking
  • Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or HP ALM
  • SDLC & STLC
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies
  • SQL & API Testing (Preferred)

Preferred Certifications

  • ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation or Advanced)
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Developer / Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) / Administrator (AZ-104) / Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) (Preferred)
