Overview

We are looking for multiple IAM Access Provisioning Analyst at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior IAM Access Provisioning Analyst (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

• Process user access requests and account provisioning
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and RBAC administration
• Resolve routine access issues and maintain IAM documentation
• Assist with access reviews, compliance, and audit activities
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and application owners

Intermediate IAM Access Provisioning Analyst (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end identity lifecycle processes
• Administer RBAC, SSO, MFA, and IAM governance
• Perform access reviews, SoD validation, and audit support
• Troubleshoot provisioning issues and improve workflows
• Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams

 Senior IAM Access Provisioning Analyst (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise IAM operations and identity governance
• Design secure access models and provisioning workflows
• Oversee privileged access management, compliance, and audits
• Drive IAM automation and process improvements
• Provide technical leadership and stakeholder engagement

• User Lifecycle Management & RBAC
• Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth & OpenID Connect (OIDC)
• SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
• ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM platforms
• Security Compliance (ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR)

Preferred Certifications

• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)
• AWS Certified Security – Specialty / Solutions Architect
• Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) / Cybersecurity Architect (SC-100)
• CompTIA Security+
• CISSP / CISM / CCSP
• SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, or CyberArk Certifications
