Key Responsibilities:
- Support Australian small business operations through administrative and automation solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize business processes and workflows.
- Manage and troubleshoot basic IT and system-related issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve technical concerns.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Business Automation Specialist.
- Experience supporting Australian small businesses is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and automation tools.
- Confident in handling and troubleshooting basic IT and system issues.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
