Overview

We are looking for multiple Automation Tester / Performance Tester at Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels to join our growing IT team. Depending on your experience, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, resolve incidents, and contribute to maintaining reliable IT services.

Junior Automation Tester / Performance Tester (Level 1)

Experience: 0–2 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts
  • Support performance testing using JMeter or LoadRunner
  • Execute functional, regression, smoke & integration testing
  • Validate defects and perform regression testing
  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers & business analysts

Intermediate Automation Tester / Performance Tester (Level 2)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain automation frameworks
  • Develop performance, load & stress test scripts
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Support production releases and root cause analysis
  • Mentor junior QA engineers

 Senior Automation Tester / Performance Tester (Level 3)

Experience:  6+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation and performance testing strategy
  • Design enterprise automation frameworks
  • Drive continuous testing, DevSecOps & CI/CD initiatives
  • Define QA standards and testing best practices
  • Mentor QA teams and engage with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Applicants should have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Selenium, Playwright or Cypress
  • JMeter or LoadRunner
  • Functional, Regression, Integration & API Testing
  • Java, JavaScript, Python or C#
  • SQL & Database Validation
  • Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI
  • SDLC / STLC
  • Agile & Scrum Methodologies

Preferred Certifications

  • ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation / Advanced / Test Automation Engineer)
  • AWS Certified Developer or Solutions Architect
  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
  • Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
  • Certified Jenkins Engineer
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
