Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify manufacturing and engineering companies that align with company’s capabilities, including precision CNC machining, plastic injection mold design and manufacturing, mechanical design, reverse engineering, 3D printing, 3D scanning, custom automation equipment, robotics integration, OEM manufacturing, and rapid prototyping.
- Prioritize business development efforts within the Industrial Automation, Robotics, Plastic Injection Molds, Medical Devices, Semiconductor Equipment, Laboratory Equipment, and Packaging Machinery industries.
- Focus prospecting activities across the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and selected Asian markets (excluding China and Taiwan).
- Research and engage key decision-makers, including Engineering Managers, Manufacturing Managers, Purchasing Managers, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Managers, and Business Owners.
- Execute personalized outbound business development campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and consultative outreach, balancing prospect research with active outreach from the beginning of the engagement.
- Prioritize companies with immediate or near-term manufacturing and engineering requirements that can quickly progress to RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, following up consistently to convert opportunities into Requests for Quotation (RFQs), quotations, and purchase orders.
- Forward all qualified prospect requests for technical information, pricing, drawings, or quotations to the company within two (2) working hours, including the complete conversation history and all relevant project details.
- Respond to all positive prospect replies within one (1) business day to maintain engagement and sales momentum.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to support customer requirements, technical discussions, and quotation preparation.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Representative, Sales Manager, or B2B Business Development Specialist within the engineering, manufacturing, industrial automation, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success generating qualified RFQs, quotations, and purchase orders through consultative B2B sales.
- Experience promoting engineering services such as precision CNC machining, industrial automation, robotics, plastic injection mold design and manufacturing, mechanical design, reverse engineering, OEM manufacturing, rapid prototyping, 3D printing, or 3D scanning is highly preferred.
- Strong experience identifying and engaging executive-level decision-makers through LinkedIn, email outreach, and relationship-based sales strategies.
- Experience targeting companies within Industrial Automation, Robotics, Medical Devices, Semiconductor Equipment, Laboratory Equipment, Packaging Machinery, Consumer Products, Automotive, Electronics, or Manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, manufacturing workflows, new product development, and technical sales.
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines, sales activities, and performance reporting.

Primary Objective (KPI)
- The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified RFQs that lead to quotations and ultimately purchase orders for the company.
- Success will be measured by the quality of opportunities generated and the conversion of those opportunities into engineering projects and purchase orders.
Monthly Performance Targets
- Research 600–700 new companies.
- Identify and connect with 120–150 new decision-makers.
- Conduct 60–80 meaningful business conversations.
- Generate 10–15 qualified opportunities.
- Secure 5–8 RFQs.
- Generate Purchase Orders (Ultimate KPI).

- All prospect lists, CRM records, contact information, outreach campaigns, templates, reports, customer relationships, leads, and business opportunities generated during the engagement shall remain the exclusive property of the company, regardless of whether the engagement continues or ends.
