Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule social media content across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and X.
  • Create weekly social media posts, including static graphics, carousels, stories, and short video content.
  • Write captions and hashtags aligned with the client’s brand voice and target audience.
  • Assist in planning weekly content topics, concepts, and content calendars.
  • Write, manage, and publish monthly blog content using SEO-focused topics and keywords.
  • Support backlink and SEO-related activities based on provided processes.
  • Use tools such as Canva, Later, AI writing tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing platforms.
  • Prepare content ahead of schedule and submit work for review and approval.
  • Apply revisions and ensure approved content is scheduled on time.
  • Provide weekly updates on completed tasks, hours used, blog progress, backlink progress, and any blockers.
  • Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency across all content.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while following company processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing skills for captions, blog content, and marketing copy.
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and/or X.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Later or similar platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, blog writing, keyword research, and content distribution.
  • Experience using Canva for graphics, carousels, stories, and simple video content.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Arvow, Adsy, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and communicate updates clearly.
  • Must be dependable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
