  • Support Australian small business operations through administrative and automation solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and optimize business processes and workflows.
  • Manage and troubleshoot basic IT and system-related issues.
  • Assist in implementing automation tools and streamlining daily operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve technical concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Assistant, or Business Automation Specialist.
  • Experience supporting Australian small businesses is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, workflow optimization, and automation tools.
  • Confident in handling and troubleshooting basic IT and system issues.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and software.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
