Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive Execution & Follow-Through

  • Own daily and weekly task execution from the COO and marketing team
  • Ensure tasks are completed quickly, accurately, and on time
  • Track all ongoing projects and maintain visibility across priorities
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to prevent delays

2. Own the Marketing Calendar

  • Help manage and execute the marketing calendar (email campaigns, product launches, content schedules)
  • Ensure all deliverables are completed on time
  • Identify risks early and help resolve potential delays

3. Connect Product & Marketing

  • Track product launches, timelines, and key details
  • Ensure marketing assets and information are prepared ahead of launches
  • Translate product updates into clear, actionable marketing deliverables

4. Support Campaign Execution

  • Assist in building and scheduling email campaigns (e.g., Klaviyo or similar platforms)
  • Organize and manage creative assets
  • Support campaign setup across email, website, and social channels

5. Create Light Creative (Canva)

  • Design simple, on-brand visuals using Canva, including:
    • Email graphics
    • Promotional banners
    • Social media posts
    • Basic landing page assets
  • Adapt and resize creative for different formats
  • Ensure brand consistency across all outputs

6. Maintain Systems & Organization

  • Keep project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.) updated and organized
  • Build and manage task lists, timelines, and SOPs

• Continuously improve workflows and internal systems

Requirements:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership of tasks and outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills (clear, concise, and responsive)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience creating clean, effective visuals using Canva
  • Process-driven, reliable, and accountable
