Tasks Required:
- Coordinate and track multiple ongoing projects to ensure timely delivery
- Act as the main communication bridge between the Founder/Owner and VAs
- Organize tasks, priorities, and deadlines across different workstreams
- Monitor progress and follow up with team members proactively
- Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for the Founder
- Manage calendars, meetings, and task scheduling
- Ensure clear documentation of processes and workflows
Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong time management abilities
- Comfortable working with remote teams and different time zones
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills
- Tech-savvy (experience with tools like Monday.com)
Nice to have:
- Experience supporting founders or startups
- Familiarity with SOP creation and process optimization
- Background in operations or project management
