Tasks Required:
- Assist the CEO and CLO with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Handle email management, follow-ups, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents
- Use AI tools to create proposals, training materials, and business documents
- Support content development for workshops, webinars, and learning programs
- Provide live support during webinars, workshops, and training sessions
- Assist with participant management, chat moderation, and technical coordination
- Be present on camera when required during sessions
- Coordinate pre- and post-training logistics
- Manage and update company pages on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to inquiries
- Support branding and visibility efforts
- Assist in coordinating light business development activities
- Track leads, follow-ups, and client communications
- Support proposal preparation and client onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative, executive support, or similar roles
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar platforms)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting webinars, training, or online events is an advantage
- Knowledge of the training or learning & development industry is highly preferred
- Proficient in social media management (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
