Tasks required:

  • Manage emails and basic communications
  • Assist with project management tasks (task tracking, updates, coordination)
  • Handle calendar management and scheduling
  • Perform light research and data entry
  • Support internal operations, documentation, and team coordination
  • Take meeting notes and assist with follow-ups
  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensure timely responses during working hours

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Must be available 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM PST
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a fast learner
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Prior VA or admin experience is a plus (even if minimal)
