Job Overview:
This is not an easy role. This is high-volume, high-rejection outbound calling. You will be speaking daily with FSBOs and Expired homeowners who are defensive, frustrated, skeptical, and often resistant. If you are not mentally tough, this is not for you.
We are looking for a true phone professional — someone who understands that rejection is part of the process and appointments are earned through skill, persistence, and control of the conversation.
What This Role Really Is:
- You will make 200–300+ dials per day using Vulcan7.
- You will hear “no” often.
- You will face objections immediately.
- You will need to stay sharp, confident, and composed at all times.
Your job is simple but difficult:
Turn conversations into qualified listing appointments.
Tasks Required:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to property owners and prospects.
- Handle difficult and sometimes hostile conversations professionally.
- Build rapport quickly and calm down frustrated leads.
- Communicate the value of our real estate services clearly and confidently.
- Overcome multiple objections and push conversations toward commitment.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales/acquisitions team.
- Follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations.
- Accurately update CRM and track all lead activity.
- Meet or exceed appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Closer, Senior Cold Caller, or high-level appointment setter.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Emotionally resilient and comfortable handling rejection daily.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients (real estate experience preferred).
- Experience in the Texas real estate market is a strong advantage.
- Background in real estate wholesaling, acquisitions, or brokerage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and dialers.
- Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding KPIs.

You stay calm when homeowners are short, skeptical, or frustrated. You maintain control of tone, pace, and direction of the call.
Experienced with FSBO & Expired.
You understand seller psychology — pride, frustration, ego, doubt, urgency. You know how to navigate each mindset strategically.
This position is for a serious cold caller who thrives in challenge, competition, and measurable performance.
