Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support NetSuite ERP integrations with Shopify and other business systems.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining company’s integrations and workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ERP data synchronization and integration issues.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure smooth system connectivity.
- Configure and optimize workflows between Shopify, NetSuite, and third-party platforms.
- Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Provide technical support and recommendations for ERP process improvements.
- Assist with documentation and integration best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations and workflow automation.
- Experience with Celigo integration platform is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Shopify-to-NetSuite integrations is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
- Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience supporting B2B or operational e-commerce businesses is a plus.
