Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organic social media calendar across Driverseat locations.
- Write, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
- Coordinate the creation and collection of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
- Support marketing campaigns, email initiatives, and local marketing activities.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Monitor and track organic content performance and engagement metrics.
- Maintain organized marketing calendars, content schedules, assets, and deliverables.
- Ensure all content remains consistent with Driverseat’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Coordinate multiple locations, campaigns, and priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-appropriate content.
- Hands-on experience managing organic social media channels and content calendars.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to turn strategic direction into complete, ready-to-publish content.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and content quality.
- Experience managing multiple locations, campaigns, or competing priorities.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and HubSpot is preferred.
- Familiarity with email marketing and short-form video content.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple marketing activities effectively.
