Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the organic social media calendar across Driverseat locations.
  • Write, schedule, and publish engaging content across relevant social media platforms.
  • Coordinate the creation and collection of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets.
  • Support marketing campaigns, email initiatives, and local marketing activities.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Monitor and track organic content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Maintain organized marketing calendars, content schedules, assets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure all content remains consistent with Driverseat’s brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Coordinate multiple locations, campaigns, and priorities while ensuring deadlines are met.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging, platform-appropriate content.
  • Hands-on experience managing organic social media channels and content calendars.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
  • Ability to turn strategic direction into complete, ready-to-publish content.
  • Strong understanding of brand consistency and content quality.
  • Experience managing multiple locations, campaigns, or competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Canva, social media scheduling platforms, and HubSpot is preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and short-form video content.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate multiple marketing activities effectively.
