Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct B2B and B2C lead generation activities to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Research, identify, and qualify prospects through various channels, including LinkedIn, online databases, social media platforms, and industry directories.
  • Execute outbound outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn messaging, phone calls, and other lead generation channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads and tracking engagement throughout the prospecting process.
  • Schedule appointments and introductory meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information within CRM systems.
  • Develop targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor and report on lead generation activities, outreach performance, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve lead quality.
  • Provide ongoing support and recommendations to enhance lead generation processes and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in both B2B and B2C lead generation.
  • Strong background in sales prospecting, cold outreach, and lead qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, nurture, and convert prospects into qualified opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, track activities, and maintain prospect data.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn outreach, email marketing campaigns, and appointment setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience with lead generation tools, sales intelligence platforms, and prospecting software is a plus.
