Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support NetSuite ERP integrations with Shopify and other business systems.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining company’s integrations and workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot ERP data synchronization and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure smooth system connectivity.
  • Configure and optimize workflows between Shopify, NetSuite, and third-party platforms.
  • Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Provide technical support and recommendations for ERP process improvements.
  • Assist with documentation and integration best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working with NetSuite ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP integrations and workflow automation.
  • Experience with Celigo integration platform is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Shopify-to-NetSuite integrations is an advantage.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
  • Ability to manage multiple technical tasks and projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience supporting B2B or operational e-commerce businesses is a plus.
