Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Develop and implement effective paid social strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting setups to maximize performance
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, conversions, and engagement
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to improve results
  • Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance insights and reports
  • Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad creatives and messaging direction
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns strategical

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
  • Strong background in performance marketing / paid social advertising
  • Experience in the beauty and/or wellness industry is highly preferred
  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, funnels, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with audience targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to report performance clearly
