Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Develop and implement effective paid social strategies aligned with business objectives
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting setups to maximize performance
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for KPIs such as ROAS, conversions, and engagement
- Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, audiences, and placements to improve results
- Analyze campaign data and provide clear, actionable performance insights and reports
- Collaborate with creative teams to guide ad creatives and messaging direction
- Manage ad budgets efficiently and scale winning campaigns strategical
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager)
- Strong background in performance marketing / paid social advertising
- Experience in the beauty and/or wellness industry is highly preferred
- Solid understanding of campaign structure, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Experience with audience targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly
- Familiarity with Meta Pixel and conversion tracking is a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to report performance clearly
