Tasks Required:
- Manage and support client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
- Assist in planning and executing social media and marketing strategies
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
- Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights
- Support content scheduling and campaign execution across social platforms
- Maintain timely communication and responsiveness with clients
- Utilize social media and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
Requirements:
- Must be based in the United States
- Experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and/or digital marketing
- Strong client-facing, communication, and coordination skills
- Experience working with Asian clients is highly preferred
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Highly organized, patient, and responsive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
