Tasks Required:

  • Manage and support client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and service delivery
  • Assist in planning and executing social media and marketing strategies
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure deadlines and expectations are met
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide basic reports and insights
  • Support content scheduling and campaign execution across social platforms
  • Maintain timely communication and responsiveness with clients
  • Utilize social media and marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Ads, and Google Ads

Requirements:

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Experience in Social Media Management (SMM) and/or digital marketing
  • Strong client-facing, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience working with Asian clients is highly preferred
  • Native or fluent English speaker
  • Highly organized, patient, and responsive
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
