Tasks Required:
- Monitor and manage Make.com (Integromat) automation workflows to ensure smooth data flow and uptime
- Oversee incoming data from application forms and ensure accurate transfer to PostgreSQL database (Google Cloud SQL)
- Review, clean, and organize applicant data (Name, Rank, Skillset, Email) for consistency and accuracy
- Categorize and prioritize leads based on technical and military skillsets
- Manage and maintain a structured CRM pipeline for applicant tracking
- Send professional follow-up emails and onboarding communications to selected candidates
- Identify and resolve data or automation issues to maintain system reliability
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Make.com (Integromat), including webhooks and automation workflows
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL databases (monitoring and basic data handling)
- Experience in CRM management and lead organization
- Strong attention to detail, especially in handling and validating data
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workflows with minimal supervision
